Argyle Yard Glass with Stand [40% more by volume, 3/4 the length], 2 liters (68 oz)

Made by Argyle in Australia, this glass and stand come packaged in a beautiful gift box. We've never sold them at such a discount before, and never will again. Get them while they last! A traditional beer drinking vessel, these 3/4 yard glasses are handcrafted and mouthblown of toughened crystal-clear glass (the color in the image is from the beer in the glass). These actually hold 40% more that the typical 48 oz. 36" yard of ale because the flute is so deep and wonderfully drawn and the neck of the glass is just a bit wider. The glass itself stands about 23.5 inches - tall enough to be impressive, but slightly less tippy than a 36" yard glass. Because these are hand-made, there will be slight variations in every glass. You may notice some small air bubbles or minor imperfections. These are not regarded as faults and form part of the unique character of a hand made product. The wooden stand is hand-stained and perfectly compliments the glass -- it was not designed to hold the glass stable when drinking; it is intended for use as a stationary stand.
