Augustiner - while not the most comercialized brewery in Germany, Augustiner's tent is a favorite among locals at Munich's Oktoberfest. This is because they brew a great malty lager using traditional recipes and methods. In the cellars of the Augstiner brewery, they still malt their own grain.
