We generally ship 2-3 business days after receiving your order; therefore, you will most likely receive your order 4-7 business days after placing your order. If you would like FedEx 2-day or Std Overnight, you must place your order by phone. When placing an order to be shipped by FedEx 2-day, you will most likely receive your order 3-5 business days later. When placing an order to be shipped by FedEx Std Overnight, you will most likely receive your order 2-4 business days later.
Please note: the accuracy of your Ship To address is absolutely essential. BeerGlasshopper.com, Inc. is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders if the ship to address provided is in anyway incorrect. If the Ship To address provided is missing information or something is incorrect, and the shipping company records show that the package was delivered, you are still responsible for payment of your order in full. If the package is in transit and we have time to inform the shipping company of an address correction or change, you will be charged an additional $20 processing and redirection fee. If the address provided is incorrect, and the shipping company recognizes and corrects the error, you will be charged a $20 processing and redirection fee. If the package is undeliverable or refused at the Ship To address, you will be charged for return transportation charges and handling fees, along with the original transportation charges and fees. We do ask that you please double check the Ship To address before ordering to prevent this from happening.
Note: in description of items, weight of glass includes box(es) and packaging material.
Our apologies, but we no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. If you place an order with a P.O. Box as the ship to address, we will not be able to fill this order.
** FedEx Ground and FedEx Express do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver on Sunday or Monday --> these are not considered business days for delivery time calculations.
To find out your shipping costs, please go through the process of ordering online. You will have a chance to review the charges before being asked to submit your order.
International Orders: We do ship outside the United States, but these orders cannot be placed online. Because we have had difficulties collecting insurance reimbursement from the US Postal Service when they lose or damage packages outside of the US, the following non-standard conditions and surcharges apply to all orders with ship to address outside of the United States and to APO addresses:
- You will have to accept the risk of loss or damage. We cannot be liable if your items are damaged or lost during shipping. Although we will insure your package, in the event that something happens, you would have to file and pursue reimbursement of a claim with the US Postal Service. We will not get involved.
- We charge a $15.00 Customs Form processing fee. Filling out the US Customs forms is an additional time consuming process required of us to ship to APO and International addresses.
- Your recipient may be charged customs duties by the foreign country to which you are shipping the package. You are responsible for these charges; make sure that your recipient is prepared to pay this, if necessary.
To proceed with an international or APO order, please send us an email with the item#'s, quantities, ship to address, and phone #. We will reply with the total cost, and then you may pay by Paypal or by credit card.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If your item(s) arrive damaged, you must inform us with a description of the damages within 5 days of the delivery date. We will immediately file a claim with the shipping company. If the shipping company requests proof of damages, you will have to return the package and damaged item(s) as you received them before we can send replacement item(s) or refund your account. If the shipping company does not request proof of damages, we will send your replacement item(s) as soon as possible - we will pay for shipping; or if you prefer, we can refund your account.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please return the item(s) in original packaging to the address given below (not applicable to custom-decorated orders). Full purchase price will be refunded when we receive your returned items in new and undamaged condition. We apologize, but shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of customer invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by the customer invoice. Please indicate reason for the return. We recommend that you insure your package; we cannot refund or be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected returns.

Not Responsible for Errors
Our website may contain errors, may be missing information, or may not be current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time. Corrections or updates may occur after you have submitted an order from our website. If we notice an error between the time of your placing an order and it shipping out, we will attempt to contact you with the correct information before further processing. If you receive your item and it does not correspond to our website's information, then you may return the item according to our returns policy described above. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, then at our sole discretion we reserve the right: a) to refuse orders for that item, b) to contact you for instructions, or c) to cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, even after you have submitted an order from our Web site. BeerGlasshopper.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason, from any customer.
