Wholesale & Custom Decorated Orders Agreement with BeerGlasshopper.com, Inc.

By placing a custom decorated or wholesale order with us, you are agreeing to the following terms.

If this item is sold or distributed in the State of California, a warning under a California law, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, often referred to as "Proposition 65" may be required. You must inform us if this is the case, as special arrangements will have to be made.

Overrun allowance: the delivered quantity may be up to 10% over- or less- than the ordered quantity. This occurs during setup when some glasses are used to calibrate the equipment, then production is run until as close to your ordered quantity is reached. Whatever remains in the last open box results in the final tally. You will be responsible to pay for exactly the quantity shipped, not the quantity ordered.

In order to offer wholesale pricing to the public, our custom decorated and wholesale glassware is mass-produced and intended for promotional and/or normal daily use. There may be slight variations from piece to piece, small air bubbles can occur during the glass making process and are not considered defects. Because the glassware must be handled during our decorating processes, there may be minor abrasions and small scratches. These are within acceptable industry standards and do not in anyway affect product integrity. No refunds or returns are given on custom decorated products unless we made a serious mistake in decorating or if the glassware arrives broken. Do not accept receipt of goods without checking for broken items first. Broken or damaged items must be indicated as such on the Bill of Lading at time of receipt. If it is not noted on the Bill of Lading, then we cannot be held liable for a refund of the broken items. In the event that the glassware itself (not the imprint) is claimed to be defective, we will replace the order in its entirety only upon endorsement of the defect by the manufacturer of the product. If an imprint is claimed to be defective, we will replace or refund that portion of the order only upon our confirmation and concurrence of the defect. In general, the making and decorating of drink ware is both an art and a science. Slight variations and imperfections, such as air bubbles, minor abrasions, very fine scratches, small imperfections, etc. are not considered flaws and add to the unique character of each piece. This also holds true for custom-decorating processes where variations in enamel lots, material batches, production equipment and curing temperatures may also result in variations of color, size, positioning, shape, reflectivity, etc.

For custom decorated orders, before we make your production run, you will be sent an artwork proof for your approval. This proof is normally an image file such as a .bmp or .jpg. It is important that you carefully review the proof that we send, even if you have submitted camera-ready art. The proof represents the actual size, colors, separations, positioning, and content as it will appear on the item you are ordering. The colors as they appear on your monitor or printout are inaccurate and irrelevant because this is totally dependent on your monitor and printer settings. Therefore, a code for each color will be specified on the proof, and it is this code that you are approving. Once we receive your approval of the proof, full responsibility for the accuracy of the copy, size, colors, and positioning of the imprint is yours. Please pay particular attention to spelling, addresses, phone numbers, and colors.

At the time any order is placed with us, your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the estimated total amount of your order (this is the amount shown on the online summary when you placed your order). Once your order is placed and production has started, you cannot cancel, and there are no returns or refunds on custom decorated work. After the glasses have shipped, the final amount may be more or less than the prepaid estimated amount. If it is more, we will place a second charge on your card or Paypal account for the difference; if it is less, we will credit your card or account in like manner. The sum of charges to your card or Paypal account will be for the actual amount based on quantity shipped, setup charges, shipping & handling, and any applicable sales taxes.
